Cover Reveal & Werewolf Love Mini Blog Hop: All About The Eye Of The Storm series by Dianna Hardy

Cover Reveal: Heart Of The Wolf (Eye Of The Storm #3) by Dianna Hardy

Synopsis:

Lydia becomes ever closer to her three mates. However, with unrest all around, she is struggling to keep her wolves together for her first full moon in two days’ time.

A trip back home for Ryan could bring much needed support for them all, but at what cost?

As The Trident close in on Ryan's pack, the pack itself becomes divided over Lydia's presence and Lawrence is encouraged to return as the Alpha. But they don't know his secret, and he's doubtful of his ability to protect them. Can he fulfil his rightful role, or will his efforts prove fatal?

Meanwhile, among the arid plains of Egypt, in a long-forgotten city, one man is pitting himself against the beast inside him in order to find salvation, only to realise, so much more is at stake than his soul.

(Notes: Book three of a series - it is highly recommended that the books are read in order. This is an adult, paranormal fantasy containing scenes of explicit sexual content and some violence, entwined with romantic elements. Written in British English.)

Today, I have pleasure in being part of a mini blog hop called Werewolf Love! Please give a warm welcome to Dianna Hardy, author extraordinaire, as she introduces one of her main characters in her new series, The Eye Of The Storm.  This series is a fantastic erotic paranormal fantasy/romance, with some wonderful characters and some hot and spicy scenes!

All About Eye Of The Storm
Writing About Werewolves – Character Profiles: Lydia

Name: Lydia Martin
Age: twenty-five
Red hair, often worn in a ponytail.
Violet-blue eyes.
5 ft 8 inches tall.
Slim, athletic build.

For the main female character, I wanted to write someone who was fun and bubbly, and always able to make the best out of a shitty situation. She’s someone who, in some respects, has nothing to lose, but what she does have to lose – her heart, which has been battered before through her upbringing – is precious to her, so already we have a dichotomy ingrained into her personality, and how she deals with that will be fun to write.

She’s thoroughly independent and might even see herself as “one of the lads”, although deep within is a beautiful femininity that she has never allowed to the surface. Which wolf will bring it out in her?

We meet Lydia in book one, Releasing The Wolf.

More about Lydia: Twenty-five years old and a waitress holding down three jobs, Lydia is estranged from her father and still suffering from the loneliness caused by the death of her mother ten years ago. Having had weird, hot, sex dreams for most of her life, she feels like the outcast among her friends and has distanced herself from all emotional attachments. However, the current full moon harbours more secrets than she could ever have suspected, and the safe, little world she's built for herself is about to come crashing down.

The Eye Of The Storm series is an erotic, paranormal fantasy about werewolves, and when animal urges battle with the human higher mind. It’s about lust and control, and sorrow and change, but also with a hefty plot that takes all of these themes through two or three mythological structures.

Long Bio

Author of The Witching Pen and the Eye Of The Storm series.

Dianna combines a titillating mix of paranormal romance and urban fantasy into her writing, to bring you stories that are action-packed, fast-paced and not short of heat, with the focus on both character development and the plot. She writes both full-length novels and short fiction. She has also written poetry and esoteric books and articles.

Although quite active online, Dianna is a self-confessed hermit, preferring the company of nature and animals to the hustle and bustle of people. She loves anything paranormal (she doesn't really consider it "para"), organic food, walking barefoot, the smell of the woods after rain, and summer days.

However, she is also sustained by coffee, chocolate and the occasional vodka.

She lives in the UK with her partner and their daughter, where she devotes her time to parenting, publishing and writing.
